HELLO ALL INCOMING KID KAMPERS!

We are excited for the upcoming Kid Kamp season! We also are excited to see everyone for Registration Day for the first time in a WHOLE year!

We have taken the time to prepare for the strictest of COVID situations during Kamp with the hopes that by the time we reach June 14th we will be able to little by little ease up as our State and City do. With that said, we have quite a few waivers for parents to sign and pre-Kamp readying that needs to happen on Registration Day so that the first day of Kamp is smooth and seamless. Here’s what you need to know when you come on Saturday.

  1. REGISTRATION DAY IS THIS SATURDAY, MAY 1ST!

  2. Registration for returning kampers begins at 10am on Saturday, and concludes at 12pm

  3. Registration for new kampers begins at 12pm on Saturday, and concludes at 1pm

  4. Registration will be held in the Sanctuary. We ask that families park on Berkley and enter through the big wooden doors of the Main Building (follow the signs).

  5. The cost of Kamp is $120 per child. The payment methods accepted are cash or check (made out to “Woodland Church”). In the case of 3 or more siblings there is a little bit of a deal, be sure to discuss it with the admin at the desk.

  6. For our attendance database we will be taking a picture of your student. If your student cannot be present on Saturday, please come to Registration Day with a picture ready to “airdrop” or email to the admin.

  7. Families will be receiving their carpool signs and a checklist of what to bring for the first day of camp.

  8. A parent or legal  guardian must be present to sign the contract of commitment, the “Permission to Post”, COVID waiver, and the Emergency Release form. If another adult is bringing the kamper in your stead, please contact Paige via email by Thursday and she will take care of the situation.

  9. Grades 2-6 will be choosing their electives, if your student can’t attend on Saturday, please know ahead of time what they would like to take by printing and filling out the appropriate elective sheet.

  10. Electives are first come, first serve. Please prepare your student for the reality that a class might be full before they get to sign up.

  11. Don’t forget your mask! :)

We can’t wait to see all of you this weekend!
